Every little detail was taken care of by you with such ease. Never once did I feel that I couldn’t count on you to help me make stressful decisions. You are a true professional.

July 28, 2012 was the big day. I was absolutely blown away at how beautiful the hall was decorated, how courteous you and your staff were, the food was superb.

I cannot thank you enough for just being a great person and a pleasure to work with. I can only hope that people will give you a call when looking for a venue for a special day. I know that all the guests that attended my daughters wedding will spread the word and even call you when needed. Your staff was absolutely the best.

Wal-tam’s Catering has been a great help in catering meals for our plant employees! They have a wonderful selection of home-made food that makes any event special! We get many compliments and thanks for their delicious meals! We also like that they can accommodate all of our three shifts with hot meals and are eager to help with all of our requests! They make our jobs so much easier and satisfy our hungry employees! We’ve used them for over 8 years and really appreciate their business!

Hello, my name is Vicki Albritton. My daughter was married this past Saturday, August 17, 2013. We had Natalie and Justin’s wedding reception at Holy Spirit on 54th St in Parma, Ohio. The exclusive caterer for Holy Spirit is “Catering by Wal-Tams.” I don’t even know where to begin to tell you what a fabulous job they did for us. The food was OUTSTANDING. I received so many compliments from our guests during the evening about how wonderful the food tasted. “Wally” and his staff were nothing short of perfect for our reception. I was so surprised at how often his Bridal Event Planner approached me during the evening asking if everything was ok and going as planned. From start to finish the entire night was like a dream come true for my daughter. There was NOTHING that I would have done differently from the venue, the food, the wedding cake, and the staff! They were unbelievably helpful. I am so terribly sad that it is over, I want to do it all again!

Just wanted to drop you a note and tell you thank you so much for a wonderful experience once again. It was so amazing, we got so many compliments from everyone on the food and how everything looked. We have continued to get calls even today from people. I have to say at the end of the evening when you are walking around to say final good-byes to the staff and thank them and you are giving hugs to them, it is like family. That is how it fealt working with all of you. I did not see you to tell you or Tammy at the end of the evening to thank you in person, so I wanted to make sure you know how much we appreciated all your hard work and special touches that made the wedding absolutely perfect.

Dear Wally and Tammy,

We would love to start by giving our gratitude to you, your wife and staff for providing an amazing reception on our wedding night. We started looking at reception halls more than two years ago and it was a struggle for us. We had visited quite a few reception halls in the Northeast Ohio area and learned that what our expectations were and what our wallet could afford were two different things. One night as we were haphazardly searching through magazines and newspapers we found an advertisement for Wal-Tams. The article was small and almost went by unnoticed but my wife said, “look a showing is coming up really soon”. My wife begged me to go and so we went.

The day of the showing really was a whirlwind and went by all to fast. We were there for about an hour and a half when Wally approached us. From the moment we met Wally we knew that he was a real down to Earth person who was reasonable, polite, and straightforward. He explained that he could do any style of decoration, plating of food, and that we could bring in what we wanted to bring in. This excited us because we knew on two teacher’s salaries it would be hard to pull a stunning wedding off. Undecided and overwhelmed we courted the reception hall for a couple of months. We had decided to go through reviews of Wal-Tam’s and really investigate what ifs, what happened and how it really looked that day at other people’s receptions. To my surprise there was a wave of massive Wal-Tam supporters so we decided to go another showing of the reception hall.

This time we really wanted to ask him some hard hitting questions about plate price, linens, decorations do’s and don’ts, maximum capacity of guest, minimum capacity of guest so we lined our ducks in order. After seeing Wally the second time to our surprise he invited us back for an in depth scheduling. He took over two hours with parents, our relatives, and us to hammer out so many details that had the both of bickering for weeks. It was such a relief for someone else to take this burden away from us. He also offered a budget plan and a guide on what and when to do our shopping for gifts, favors, and alcohol. This saved us a huge amount of money, time, and arguing between the both of us. For that alone I am grateful and pleased. However, it gets better.

Around two weeks prior to the reception Tammy and Wally gave us access to take photographs of the hall and the grounds for decoration purposes. Wally’s wife was so accommodating and genuinely excited that it made me really take a look at how lucky I was to have this opportunity. Over the next two weeks Tammy allowed us to store, go through a dry run of decorations, plating and table settings. At last the night came and through a whirlwind of activity it seems like we almost missed out. However, I can tell you three beautiful and succinct moments in which I’ll never forget. Our first dance felt like we were dancing in a grand ballroom with the most beautiful lights hitting us. The second would be our cake and how it was presented at the front of his beautiful stage and the third is sitting back and watching his team help us pack up our decorations, food, and alcohol as we barely stood from all the dancing that had occurred. Wally and Tammy I thank you for assisting us in making one of the most memorable nights we’ve ever had. Here’s to your family, their success and the many more years of making people’s lives beautiful for that special night.

Thank you Wally and Tam for making our day so special. We marveled at the beauty of the hall. All of my guests raved about the food all night and the enormous portions left everyone full and content. Your staff exuded excellence, professionalism, and treated each guest with the upmost respect. We can not thank you enough, our wedding day was more than we have ever dreamed of, and we have you to thank!

Our wedding was June 21, 2014 at Wal-Tam’s Grand Ballroom on Granger Rd. We booked about 14 months in advance and Wally was still there anytime we needed him to answer any questions. Wally made me feel so comfortable from our first meeting that I knew he had everything under control and our reception would be perfect! If we second guessed anything or had changes he got us into the venue within that week to discuss it. I planned my wedding without a wedding planner and when it came to Wal-Tam’s I honestly didn’t need one. Most importantly everything was laid out, written down and under contract- even when there was changes. Their was no surprises when my wedding day came. Wal-Tams was our secret weapon. Great location, great food, beautiful hall, beautiful decorations and great beautiful staff. This place is the most beautiful place in Ohio. Out of all my searching I never found a place to come close. I’m so happy I found Wally- he greeted us with a hug every time we met and when there was a card left at the location he called us to come pick it up. It gets no better than that! You normally get a nice hall with bad food or good food with a bad hall, never both until I found Wal-Tam’s. Because of this, my wedding, decorations and the food is still the topic of discussion. Wal-Tam’s is the one stop shop, nothing was the ordinary. Everything was over the top and beautiful! Thanks Wal-Tam’s.

As the wedding coordinator for the McClelland/Phillips wedding in June, 2014, I worked with Wally, Tammy and Ryan over several months. They are extremely professional, quick to respond to questions and provide excellent full service catering. Their entire staff is top notch and devoted to making sure your event happens seamlessly. During set up, we were treated to the wonderful aromas from the kitchen as the food was prepared. The food was delicious, served family style, in ample quantities. Waltams came highly recommended and they did not disappoint, in fact exceeded expectations. I would highly recommend them. Thank you for helping to make a wedding day that many guests called perfect.

We had our wedding reception at Holy Spirit Party Center on June 14, 2014—with Wal-Tam catering, and were very happy with the outcome! From the very beginning, Wally was very accommodating in helping us with arrangements, food tasting, and answering all of our questions. He and his staff are very professional and worked very hard to create a night that we—and our guests- will never forget. Many of our guests had so many positive things to say about the evening! They loved the stuffed cabbage, chicken cordon bleu and green beans. The food was perfect, the hall looked beautiful, and the lighted outdoor gazebo added a great touch. We hired Waltam’s for our wedding on August 1, 2015 and it was held at the Grand Ballroom venue. To start, Wally was an amazing person to work with! Wedding planning is already crazy enough and he helped make the process be a lot smoother and less stressful. He was very accommodating and met with us every time we asked, and he never acted as if we were inconveniencing him. If we had any questions, he always responded right away by text or email. Wally was very thorough and gave us everything we could ask for (and more) in a reception. He also let us drop off everything off for the reception ahead of time so we didn’t have to worry about anything last minute.

Our day ran smoothly and we were able to enjoy ourselves all night because Wally and his amazing staff took care of everything. The venue is absolutely breathtaking and the crystal chandeliers are what sold us. If you are looking for something elegant that doesn’t look like everyone else’s venue (like a hotel), the Grand Ballroom is where you should have your event. Our guests also couldn’t stop raving about the food! It was seasoned perfectly and it kept people coming back to the buffet for more. To top it off, the dessert package included cheesecake and an ice cream sundae bar! Talk about not leaving a wedding hungry! Overall, our guests complimented that it was one of the best weddings they have attended because of the elegant venue and delicious food.

Waltam’s wedding package is also an AMAZING value for all you are getting!!! You definitely get more than your money’s worth with Wally! He genuinely is in the business to make people happy and that’s exactly what he did for us.
